When I met Lyndsey and Adam, I knew right away that they were the “perfect” clients for NightinGail Photography. They are personable and are totally in love with each other! It was a bit of an ordeal for the initial consult though.. we originally had intended to meet at Starbucks in Newmarket (which is close to their home) but on a Sunday morning, it’s hard to get seats for three! We ended up going over to the food court at Upper Canada Mall where I could show them our albums and some recent work.
As their wedding is planned for the fall of 2012, they decided that they wanted to have a fantastic engagement session at the Muskoka Wharf in Gravenhurst. Of course, it turned out to be the coldest day in September and it rained during their drive up from Holland Landing and for our drive over from Haliburton. We did luck out and the rain stopped for almost an hour while we were shooting. (A big cudos to my assistant-husband, Don, who kept the equipment and me dry by tailing after me with the big umbrella).
Here are just a few of my favourites from this Muskoka engagement session.
And did I mention, they LOVE dogs! So they had to bring along Chloe, their bull dog, who really stole the show!
I just want to give a big thanks to you both for being such good sports. I cannot wait for your wedding at Belcroft next fall.
